In 20 years of construction experience in the field, I’ve provided coordination of construction work, management of field personnel as well as scheduling and contracting for subcontractors on each specific project while completing punch and pickup items in the field including self-perform aspects of the projects’ scope. Skilled in dealing with situations that require immediate attention from finish to rough carpentry, general contract fulfillment, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical; I efficiently work with other trades to achieve project and personal goals as a team with the customer while having the bottom line in mind. Being Army Core of Engineer Project Management and OSHA 30 hour certified for construction, my responsibilities have included monitoring/writing/engineering the scope, schedule and resources of the project, ensuring the safety, quality and efficiency for each definable feature of work performed. Safety is a priority for making sure everyone makes it home to their families to come back another day. As a student of Sustainable Building and Environmental Engineering, I have personal goals of providing LEED level productivity and responsibility of all projects adding a positive attitude and experience to the industry while promising customer satisfaction and agreed upon deadlines with prompt response to requests and ample organizational skills under a heavy work load executing a firm construction schedule.
